Women's cooling-room in Earls Court Gardens

|
One of the ladies’ cooling-rooms in James's Hydro in Earl's Court Gardens, London. The illustration is from a booklet published by the baths around the middle of the 1920s. The room it describes, stated to be 20 ft. x 75 ft., would not have changed much in appearance since it was originally fitted out. It is instructive to compare this with the picture (from the same booklet) of the men's cooling-room.
