Sweating at Harrogate

Sweating at Harrogate
< Detail of a still, taken from quite the  most beautiful documentary to be filmed in a Turkish or Russian bath, Turkish delight, by the independent film maker, Sue Cooper (now at Sheffield Hallam University).

Cooper, whose main area of film making interest 'has been around exploring women's issues', made this thirty minute documentary about women relaxing together…celebrating 'the quiet pleasures of vegetating naked in the heat and steam of the beautiful Turkish Baths in Harrogate.'
