Purchase of the Turkish Baths at 4 Albert Place from its proprietor, John Lindsay, either on its own account, or through a totally owned subsidairy, the Southport Turkish Baths Company Limited. Lindsay's Baths Manager, John Howarth, continued in that position at least initially.
