Lewes Turkish bath from the least altered
side of the building, 2001
The
white building (on the right of the picture) is opposite the front of
the Turkish bath and is separated from it by Friar's Walk. The inside of
the building is bare of any trace of its earlier use as a Turkish bath
and is used as a printing office for the Lewes District Council. |

Lewes Turkish Bath seen from Broomans Lane, 2001
Just
off the picture, to the left, is a fourth bay but with the original
window removed and replaced by a large modern one. Further to the left
is the corner with the front of the building in Friar's Walk. This has
been totally altered. |
