Constantine’s itemised estimate for the heating apparatus and all the necessary fittings for Sir Isaac Holden's Turkish bath came to a total cost of £101 13s 0d, and would have been the same whichever of the two proposed plans was chosen by Holden.

The estimate included not only the heating and plumbing items, but also the purpose-built furniture and fittings for hot room, cooling-room, and shampooing room.

The former included a Convoluted stove and its associated fittings, as well as the shower, basin, and their fittings.

The latter included two crimson wool rep couches for the cooling- room, a marble slab table on a wooden frame, with a second raised wooden table with steps and handrail for the hot room, and a marble slab table for the shampooing room.
