Cooling room and salt water plunge pool
 
 

          
cooling-room with its plunge pool—part of the Dundee Corporation Central Baths at West Protection Wall—and one of the very few Turkish bath pools to use salt water.

This was probably taken after the £10,000 refurbishment undertaken in 1908-10 to make the baths 'worthy of the City'.
