Objects include: To purchase the interest of William Arthur Shaw (Nottingham), Thomas Hadfield (Nottingham), Thomas Hadfield Jnr (Nottingham), Henry Winn (Long Eaton) and William Holland (Nottingham) of and in Lower Talbot Street in Nottingham,

'together with the Baths, Appliances, Stock-in-trade, Fixtures, Fittings, Furniture, Stationery, Towels and all other chattels and effects in or about the said premises, and also the Goodwill of the Turkish Baths Proprietors, carried on by the above-named persons under the style or name of "The Victoria Baths Company",...'
