The remains of the hot dry room (laconicum) in the bath house at Wall, Staffs (Letocetum) just off the Watling Street.

The remains indicate that the bath house was built and rebuilt in four or five phases. The laconicum (not the first to be built) probably belonged to the fourth phase suggesting that it might have been built at the beginning of the second century ce.
