First Turkish bath in Glasgow open to the general public?

Display advertisement for the Roman or Turkish Baths at 366 Argyle Street, Glasgow.

Jack sometimes claimed that his were the first Turkish baths. This may have been correct if by that he meant Turkish baths open to the general public in Glasgow. But there were Turkish baths at Sciennes Hill in Edinburgh as early as 1859.
