Two men in the hot room of the Turkish bath in a private home, some time between the mid-1860s and early 1870s.

It has been suggested that the early photograph, an Ambrotype, was taken by Robert Crawshay in the private Turkish bath at the home of his cousin, George Crawshay—but see article on the pictures for doubts about this attribution.
