The Royal Turkish Baths, Harrogate:
internal woodwork

Royal Turkish Baths, Harrogate: changing cubicles Royal Turkish Baths, Harrogate: massage rooms
Changing cubicles Massage rooms

The woodwork fits in naturally with the general decorative approach adopted by the architects.

The changing cubicles are at (what is now) the far end of the cooling room; the door in the background is from the original entrance lobby which is no longer in use for this purpose.

The massage/treatment rooms on the first floor were originally approached by a staircase leading from the changing area; a new entrance now allows access independently of the Turkish baths thereby enabling a more flexible use of the facilities.
