Mrs Cook was the sisterin-law of Harry Bell who worked there for some time from the end of 1901. Between 1895 and 1901, Harry jointly owned London's Wool Exchange Turkish Bath in Basinghall Street with his younger brother Edward Robert, having inherited it from their father Benjamin Bell.
Nothing is yet known about the Cooks' Montreal establishment.
